The Michaeljohn Horne & Thomas E. Jones Youth Housing is a 26-unit Transitional Aged Youth Housing community in Hollywood, CA. This community was developed in collaboration with the Los Angeles Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Center and provides onsite case management and supportive services to residents. The community is conveniently located near public transportation, community services, city parks, restaurants and retail stores.
