Regency Towers was built in the 1970s and was acquired by TSA in 2010. The property is currently being renovated and will be completed by early 2011.

Regency Towers is a 104-unit Section 8 subsidized community for seniors in the City of Inglewood. The property is conveniently located near shops, restaurants and a senior center.

The units are all one bedrooms and include a stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, heating and air conditioning, window treatments and carpeting.

To create a community atmosphere, there is a large community room available for residents to socialize, play games and relax. Each month resident birthdays are acknowledged with a party for the entire community to enjoy. Seasonal holidays are routinely celebrated with themed parties.
